Rohan Ghare is a management professional with a Post Graduate Program in Business Administration (PGPBA) from the Indo-German Training Centre (IGTC). As a Lead Consultant at The Catalyst, he works with business owners and leadership teams to drive growth, transformation, and operational excellence.

Prior to joining The Catalyst, Rohan worked with Citi India, gaining experience in stakeholder management, process excellence, governance, and execution. Earlier, at KafeHR Strategic HR Solutions, he supported consulting assignments for multinational corporations and high-growth Indian enterprises across sectors such as specialty chemicals, engineering, automotive, and industrial manufacturing.

His experience spans business planning, go-to-market strategy, sales effectiveness, operational improvement, and people practices. He has worked closely with leadership teams to translate strategy into execution, strengthen sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and build structured performance and capability development systems.
