Jasleen is a dynamic HR professional with a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies (BMS), specializing in HR & Marketing, along with certifications in DLL & LW. Her journey with The Catalyst began as an intern, and she has since evolved into the role of Jr. Consultant, bringing 1.5 years of dedicated experience to the team.

As a consultant, Jasleen collaborates closely with clients to design and streamline HR systems and processes, craft robust policies, and drive strategic recruitment initiatives. Her core competencies include developing Job Descriptions (JDs), defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), structuring performance review frameworks, and building insightful HR dashboards that enable data-backed decision-making. She also leads the 2nd Line Grooming Program, a strategic initiative aimed at cultivating leadership pipelines and enhancing talent readiness within client organizations.
