Akhila Radhakrishnan is a dedicated HR professional with an MBA specializing in Human Resources and Logistics. Her journey with The Catalyst began as an intern, and she has since progressed into the role of Management Trainee, bringing six months of dedicated experience to the team.

In her current role, Akhila primarily supports the recruitment function by managing end-to-end candidate coordination and client interactions. She is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings between clients and candidates, maintaining candidate and client records, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. She works closely with both clients and internal teams to facilitate timely hiring and deliver a positive candidate experience.

With a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence, Akhila contributes to building efficient recruitment processes while supporting clients in identifying and onboarding the right talent.
