About Strategic Business Consulting:

This is our first vertical and it is not a routine audit relating to tax or statutory compliance consulting, but it is focused more towards systems, policies and procedures across all the departments. We strategically help you in Goal Setting, making Vision and Mission statements, doing Contradiction Analysis and Risk Assessment, setting up systems, SOPs, Business review mechanism, setting up monthly review (dashboard) in the various verticals of Finance, HR, Admin, Operation, Sales and Marketing, Production, Quality, ERP etc. This can be customized depending on the need of the client. This full day workshop aims at improvising on fundamental skills in a person there by making him effective in his personal and professional life.

FINANCE is the key word in any organization as it occupies the centre stage in all decision making processes. Though non-financial parameters are also important, the corporate performance is primarily measured in terms of PROFITS and other financial parameters like, return on equity (ROE), return on total capital employed (ROCE) or return on assets (ROA) etc.

4. Goal Setting :

Basically ,in an organization every person has a role to play and the value addition expected is different at every level for example a person who is a shop supervisor will have more doer level value addition as compared to the head operations, who will have more strategic areas to work.
