Worked in different manufacturing environments with Caprihans India ltd, VIP, Lear Corporation, ABB, Rishabh Instruments Pvt Ltd at various levels and handled different portfolios.
Overall 18 years of experience in Business finance, management accounting, banking, MIS, Budgeting, HR, Admin & IT. He did his MBA (Fin) and CWA(I) from Nagpur. During course of employment, was responsible for driving strategic steps including acquisition in Poland, ERP selection, Board Restructuring, Organization Restructuring, Funding, PE etc. Holds experience in international environment .Currently heading the business consulting firm. “The Catalyst” (Started in October 2013) which is into strategic business consulting and training.

The Catalyst is supporting many organizations across different sectors for business growth which includes organization restructuring, strategic business planning, setting up HR systems, implementing ERP and best practices. Pradeep & his team supported many companies in & around Nasik under Mahindra & Mahindra’s initiatives ‘Supply Business Capability Building’ Trainer by passion and has conducted more than 2000 man days of training. Associated with various colleges including Symbiosis & Other Engineering Colleges in Maharashtra
The flagship program ‘MDP’ (Management Development Program which is launched in Nasik has created a history and currently 1 6th batch is in progress. This is a comprehensive program covering all aspects of business .Over 60 companies have been benefited.

He also conducts One Day Proven Intensive Program ‘Finance for Business Managers’& ‘Managerial Effectiveness’. Client includes GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals ltd, Megafine Pharma Pvt Ltd, Alcon Electronics Pvt ltd, Bedmutha Industries, Right Tight Fasteners Pvt Ltd, KOSO India Pvt Ltd, Reliable Autotech Pvt Ltd to name a few. He has been conducting various open house workshops at multiple places in & around Nasik. Representing CII as Conveyor of North Maharashtra Region, founder member of finance forum, (knowledge sharing platform) Keen mountaineer, music lover plays musical instruments.
